Osteopratic is the first app in France connecting osteopaths, only osteopaths D.0 (diploma of osteopathy), and patients by offering the ability to book an appointment directly and very simply.
Adhering to the highest standards, Osteopratic only includes osteopaths from schools teaching a strict full time 5 years curriculum, and recognized by decrees of state, and registered to the RNCP (National Inventory of Qualifications Professional).
The purpose of the app is to help patients seamlessly find reputable professional osteopaths and facilitate as much as possible the appointment process. It also gives visibility to professional osteopaths, becoming the default search option in osteopathy space.
Via a smartphone or a tablet, Ostéopratic allows patients to search for a referenced osteopath everywhere in France and to plan directly an appointment on the osteopath’s dates of availability, or on the patient’s request nearest available dates and times ("express" appointment). The app also allows to make requests for on call treatment at home for osteopaths who agree to home visits, or simply register on the waiting list at your own osteopath, without needing to phone him.
Everything is designed to facilitate the patient’s experience, through automatic notifications and call back system. Once the appointment has been made, a message will confirm your appointment.
No more risk of missing an appointment, as an automatic reminder will be sent to your smartphone or tablet on the day of the appointment without having to pre-schedule it.
The app allows users to view osteopaths’ profiles, including specialties, prices and location on a map. A navigation system also allows to find directions in a single click. Finally, you can easily send your friends your osteopath’s contact details. The app allows professionals to take complete care of their patients when they are having a treatment, without having to manage the phone. Appointments will be made automatically, assistant or not.
For osteopaths with an assistant, their work will be all the more streamlined, allowing more time for patients calling to ask simple or complex questions, without preventing another patient to make an appointment at the same time through the app. The osteopath’s available time slots are prepopulated in advance to alert patients easily. In addition, the professional may, for on call home requests, get the patients’ address.
For people travelling from abroad, on holiday or business, no need to search for an osteopath any further. With a single click, select the city where you are staying, your available dates, and choose from a selection of competent professionals near you. The app provides appointment slots at your convenience, to satisfy your osteopathic needs, whether ongoing follow-ups or emergencies. Make an appointment at any time during your travel, and Osteopratic takes care of everything. All that is left is getting to your appointment following our directions.
